Do you love connecting with people and building meaningful relationships? As the Membership Coordinator for Latinas On The Go, you’ll be the glue that keeps our comunidad strong and growing. You’ll help make sure every member feels valued, seen, and supported, all while playing a key role in growing our vibrant community of powerhouse Latinas. This position is considered to be a part of our LOTG Leadership team.

Grow Our Membership: Share the value of LOTG with potential members and show them why being part of this sisterhood is a game-changer.
Welcome New Members: Make every new member feel at home by guiding them through onboarding and introducing them to all the benefits.
Keep Members Engaged: Send out updates on our Facebook group, and invites so everyone feels connected and involved.
Organize Member Benefits: Manage all the perks that come with being part of LOTG—because every member deserves to feel appreciated.
Plan Exclusive Events: Help create opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow through mixers, workshops, and more.
Track Membership Growth: Monitor new members, retention, and engagement to keep the community thriving.
Handle Renewals with Care: Reach out with reminders and encouragement to keep our members excited about staying connected.
Collaborate with Volunteers & Partners: Work with our volunteers and partners to bring even more value to our members.
Be the Go-To for Member Support: Whether it’s answering questions or resolving concerns, you’ll be the friendly face members can trust.
